She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jones and Virginia Jones (Hughes); her husband Robert Dixon Allman (Robert); and her nephew David Harold Jones. She is survived by: her son Robert Shannon Allman; her siblings, Jennifer L. Jones (Mark Costello) of Rochester and Harold L. Jones, Jr. (Gretta) of Wise, Virginia; her brothers-in-law, Ruben Allman (Nancy) and Edmond Allman, Jr. (Marietta) of Stafford, Virginia; her nieces and nephews, Casey Jones Costello, Christopher Allman, Julie Jones (Wayne Evans), Dana Jones Sturgill (Steve), Lora Lay (Darren) and Ramona Knudsen (Charles); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin Sturgill, Noah Sturgill, Josh Evans, Eddie Lay, Charles Knudsen, Chris Knudsen, Allison Elswick (Sturgill), Violet Lay and Nancy Lay.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A procession was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home No Later (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
