He is survived by: his father Robert Russell Lowe (Mother Donna Lowe); his siblings, Gregory Lowe (Betty) and Darlene Fraiser (Tim); his children, Carla Kimes, Deniese Dickerson, Clara Harris, Kadie Lowe, Monroe Lowe, Carlos Lowe Jr. and Ely Lowe; his fiancée Elizabeth Greene; and his father Hayden Greene (Brianna Greene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
