He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Broyles Slagle; his daughters, Kathy Hopson (Randy) and Lisa Jones (Lynn); his siblings, Jimmy Slagle and Susan Riddle; his granddaughters, Stephanie Saylor (Jason) and Jessica Peregoy (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Blaine Peregoy and Jackson Saylor.
