She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Humphreys and Beulah Humphreys; her siblings, Jeannie Barnett, Wava Rumley, Jack and Ray Humphreys; and her daughter Leslie Shepard-Hyder (Baby).
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Friday; her children, Don Shepard (Tammy) and Sherie Valentine; and her grandchildren, Spencer Shepard, Jordon Shepard (Misty), Jessica Poarch (Terry), Chasity Whetsell and Brandon Valentine. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
