He was predeceased by: his parents, Issador Harrell and Frances Street Harrell; and his siblings, Henry, Florence Elrod, Ethel Foister and Joan Darden.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Krell Harrell; his children, Dwight Harrell (Regina) and Renee Roach; his grandchildren, Caleb Harrell (Lauren), Bobby Adams and Amanda Roach; his great grandchildren, Baylor, Berkley and Coleson Harrell; his siblings, Bill Harrell (Jackie), Mary Lee Smith and Lena Wallace (Romley); his great-niece Briley Rowe; his close friends, Debbie Bradford and Andrew Nivens; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Krell and Mary Brown. He is also survived by Several nephews and nieces.
