Smith of Erwin, Isaiah Smith of Erwin and Issac Smith of Erwin; her great grandchildren, Ryder Smith and Gideon Smith; her brother Kenneth Southard (Diana) of Jonesborough; and her caregiver Helen Bell of Johnson City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
