She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ivan Black, Sr. and Lena Rose Mitchell Black; her husband Grover Cleveland Sheppard; her brother Johnny Black; and her grandchildren, Travis Weber and Samantha Humphrey.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Sheppard (Ann), Theresa D. Dickens (Ralph), Peggy Weber (Marc) and Steve Humphrey (Josie); her sister Charlotte Little (Don); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Daniel, Jessica Dickens, Katie Dickens Fulkerson (Aubrey), Khristy Sheppard Durbin (Daniel), Shelby, Chase Weber and Karen Humphrey. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
