She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis E. Combs and Iva Earley Combs; her husband Jerry Don "J. D." Masingale; and her sister Shelba Moore. She is survived by: her siblings, Billie Combs (Pat) and Caffie Combs; her niece Christine Spence; her nephew Jeff Combs; and her great-niece Ashley King.
