She was predeceased by: her parents, Panos Scoularidoudes and Irene Koledakes Scoularidou; and the father of her children Gary Sams. She is survived by: her granddaughter Whitney; her children, Brenda Clear, Tammy Sams and Richard (Sonya Sams); her sister Greece; and her pets, Cotia, Lou and Tiko. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anna's name to the Washington County Animal Shelter.
