He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parker, Sr. and Charlotte Dolberry Parker; his sister Gertrude Fobb; and his brother-in-law Peter Fobb. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Parker; his children, Charlene Parker, Eric Parker, Ronzel Parker (Michelle) and Jerome (LeQuita); his grandchildren, Allahjuan, Cherie, Quanasia (Mookie), Diamond, Dallas, Ian and Rick; his brother Gary Parker; and his close friend Johnny Wade. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thankful Baptist Church (1501 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601-3552). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at the Washington County Memory Gardens (113 Memory Gardens Rd, Johnson City, TN 37615).
