She was predeceased by: her parents, Millie Norris and Buck Norris; her husbands, Owen Feathers, Harold Feathers and Marshall Vines; her siblings, James Norris, Lydia Quillen and Vivian White; and her grandchildren, Matthew Mullins and Melanie Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, David Feathers (Sandra), Roger Feathers, Teresa Cook and Carolyn Bennett (Keith); and her sister Patsy Rankin. She is also survived by her family and friends.
