He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Wayne Feagins. He is survived by: his mother Florence Tapp Feagins; his wife Kesheba Gail Feagins; his children, Ashley Feagins of Gray, Dustin Feagins of Johnson City, Scotty Fox (Natalie) of Unicoi and Autumn Bowman of Kingsport; his siblings, Sammy Feagins (Becky) of Watauga, Chris Feagins (Lorna) of North Carolina and Brandy Buchanan (Cameron) of North Carolina; his siblings-in-law, Tammey Garrison (Mark), Lori Benfield (Jamie) and Allen Hamm; and his close friends, Ron and Sharon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Home (800 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601).
