He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Willard and Irene Lucille Morris Milam; and his sister Joan Ford. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Gregg Milam; his daughters, Stephanie Milam (Dreama Pullon) and Cheyenne Gregg Fender (Jordy); his siblings, Roger Milam and Karen Tolson (Jerry); his caregiver Tarina Sherfey; his nephew Charlie Miller; his siblings-in-law, Ed Gregg (Joyce), Larry Gregg (Sandy) and Fannie Compton; and his close friends, Doug Garst and Dewey Hashbarger.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
