He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Lowe and Helen Lowe; his son Randy Lowe; his sister Marilyn Hopson; and his mother-in-law Dessie Moss.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn "Carol" Lowe; his children, Roy, Jr. Lowe (Robin) and Regina Davis (Charlie); his daughter-in-law Becky Lowe; his grandchildren, Grant Lowe III (Lita), Jordan Lowe, Robby Russell (Chloe) and Christine Davis; his great grandchildren, Jaiden Lowe, Gracie Lowe and Kyleigh Barnes; his brother Johnny Lowe (Linda); his nieces, Sharon Grindstaff, Teresa Perry and Lisa Lowe; and his nephew Mark Lowe.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Roy's name may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 1928 Wheeler St. Johnson City, Tennessee 37604.
