He was predeceased by: his wife Rela D. Foshie; his daughter Tammie Lou Bergquist; his parents, Riley Foshie and Lucy Norton Foshie; his siblings, Roger Dale Foshie, George Riley Foshie Jr. and Donna Ellen Swatzell; and his parents-in-law, Jessie and Betty Dunbar Duncan.

He is survived by: his son Bobby; his daughter-in-law Crystal Foshie; his grandchildren, Tiffanie, Lexie Bergquist, Katelin Martinez and Chloe Foshie; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Laykin, Lettie, Nylah Martinez and Nico Martinez. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law.
