He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Brooks and Beatrice Dibble Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Elliott Brooks; his children, Melissa Ann Brooks, Jeffrey Scott Brooks, Sr. (Michelle) and Joey McKeehan (Penny); and his grandchildren, Zachary Hyder, Wallace H. Brooks, Jeffery Scott Brooks, Jr., Hannah Brooks, Jordan Fennessy and Katelin McKeehan.
