He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Frame and Carrie Frame; his siblings, Willard "Bill" Frame and Margaret Anne Peoples; and his daughter Angelea "Angie" Frame.
He is survived by: his nephew Bill Ward; his children, Sandra "Sandy" Riggs (Glen), Meryle Bates and Stephen "Steve" Frame; and his brother Guy Allen Frame. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
