He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Jean Justice of Athens, Connie J. Chapman of Raccoon, KY, Keith Lincoln Justice of West Liberty, KY and James Douglas Justice of Raccoon, KY; his nieces and nephews, Phillip Gannon of Olivia Gannon, DMD, Shannon Thacker, Quienten Chapman, Donnie Justice and Gloria Kryska; and his great-nieces, Noa Quinn Gannon, Allyson, Gracie, Keera and Elena.
