We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2023, at the age of 71, Peter Stephan Anderson (Johnson City, Tennessee), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Anderson and Addison "Bill" Anderson; his aunt Martha; his uncle John Pace; his brothers, Hubert Leach and Warren Leach; his cousin Dallace "Dickie" Pace; and his brother-in-law Terry Higgins.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Higgins; his son Rashad (Terrace); his grandsons, Seth, Luke and Isaiah; his siblings, Jessica Lane McConnell (Larry) and Michael Anderson (Ester); his extended family, Betty Pace Morton, Carol Pace Benefee, Leslie Rose and Howard "Tater" Rose (Felisha); and his sisters-in-law, Scherry Patterson (Mike), Angela Whittemore and Christina Higgins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made in memory of Peter Anderson to The Reconciled Church c/o Daughters of Sarah Ministries (for girls) 21555 Melrose Avenue Suite 7 Bldg.
