She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Fagan and Juanita Fagan; her husband Jackie C. Shepherd; her son Tracy Jack Shepherd; and her brother Terry "Chip" Fagan.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy (Angie) and Jeff (Kathy); her grandchildren, Trina, Arthur Howington, Nick, Ashley Shepherd, Adam Shepherd, Heather and Brandon Cressell; her cousin Janie Walker; her brother-in-law Johnny Shepherd; and her caregiver Priscilla Broyles.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morris Baker Funeral Home (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Church Cemetery (458 Highland Church Rd, Gray, TN 37615).
