She was predeceased by : her parents, G. C. Austin and Lois Austin; her husband Ralph Mullis; her son William Eddie Miller; her siblings, Mildred Austin Harrell and Charles Ray Austin; and her nephews, Ron Harrell, Chad McKeehan, Bill Austin and Charles Ray Austin, Jr..

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Hunter Miller and Paige Miller of St. Louis, Missouri.; her nieces, Regina Tucker, Patti Townsend of Johnson City and Connie Hicks Collins of Elizabethton; her aunts, Pat and Pepsi (Herschey Chocolates); her cousin Sue Arnett; and also, Kimberlyn, Azariah Payne, Luke Wandel, Dayton and Zedekiah Payne.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
