She is survived by: her children, Angela Carr and David Whitehead (Sherry); her grandchildren, Donny Douglass of Okaloosa, FL, Bethany Whitehead Burns (Marcus) and Drew Whitehead of Jacksonville, NC; her great grandchildren, Julian and Dylan Douglass; and her siblings, Harold Baskett, Ruth Fox of Johnson City, Evelyn Baskett of Johnson City and Betty Branch (Jim) of Johnson City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
