She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Delaney and Pearl Elizabeth Murray Arnett; her husband Robert Eugene Matherly, Sr.; her children, Robert Eugene Matherly, Jr., Nancy Craig, Debra Jean Matherly and Teresa Matherly; and her sister Georgia Gray.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Frazier; her grandchildren, Mandy Cooper of Rock Hill, SC, Alexandra Ferrell of Rock Hill, SC, Adam Hale of West Columbia, SC, Crystal Williams of Pontiac, SC, Robert Eugene Matherly, III of Pontiac, SC, Elizabeth Bogart and Danielle Donaldson; and her sisters, Frankie Fagan and Ruth Broyles. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
