She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Kathleen Elizabeth Neal Sluder; her daughter Penny; her grandson Stephen Michael; and her siblings, Nancy Bell Droke, Hugh Edward Sluder, Billy Jay Sluder, Charles Austin Sluder, Bobby Lewis Sluder and Dwight Fleming Sluder.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson (Tammy) and Carla J. Galanides (Galen); her grandchildren, Shawna Hamilton (Gregory) and Lauren Galanides; her great grandchildren, Cheyanna and Brantlee Hamilton; and also, Evelyn Reilman and Vincent Walz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
