She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smalling and Pearl Blevins Smalling; her husband Clarence Britt; her son Gary Smalling; her siblings, Betty Watson and James Smalling; and her son-in-law Marty Milsap.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Britt (Elisa) and Debbie Milsap; and her siblings, Jackie Smalling, Wayne Smalling, Pam King and Pat Webb (Randy). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Et Appalachian Funeral Home (800 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Garland Cemetery.
