He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Case and Lola Case. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy; his children, Preston Jr. (Darla), Alan, John, Susan, Tammy and Mary; his brother Charles; and his grandchildren, Cristal, Tiffany, Preston III, Katie, Krysdal and Jessica. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
