She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Tillman; her sons, Mark Greene, Matt Tillman (Sydney) and John Connor Tillman (Melissa); her mother Bertha Tuggle; her grandchildren, Cody Greene, Ann Caroline Tillman and Connor Tillman; her great grandchild Henley Greene; her siblings, Joyce Tuggle, Karen Brown and Danny Tuggle; and her close friend Sarah Daniels.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Kathy to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Niswonger Children's Hospital.
