He was predeceased by: his parents, T. R. "Zeek" Treadway and Lucille Jones Treadway. He is survived by: his daughters, Amie C. Williams (Michael) and Jennifer P. Chipman (Martin); his grandchildren, Jacob Williams, Sydney P Curtis and Allison Williams; his great grandchildren, Asher and Aysen; his siblings, Judy Thompson and Larry O. Treadway; his niece Heather King (Matt); his nephew Chad McClelland (Tena); his great-niece Tameria McRath (Madison McClelland); his nephew Rodney Krone; and his close friend Linda Hopson.
