It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joey Neal Kemp of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocia Knight Kemp and Gene Kemp; and his sister Shirley Ann Kemp Litchford. He is survived by: his wife Rubye Massey Kemp; his daughter Lori Kemp Lewis; his son-in-law Dr. Samuel V. Lewis; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lewis, Celia McGhee (Mattie) and Samuel Lewis (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Elliott, Juniper, Jack, Asa and Willow; his niece Ann Litchford Smith; and his nephew Hal Litchford. He is also survived by His daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CLL Global Research Foundation or Washington County/Johnson City Animal Shelter.
