He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Fish; and his brother Olin Fish. He is survived by: his sons, Alan Fish and Andy Fish (Sandy); his brother Larry Fish; his sisters-in-law, Lynice Broyles and Wanda Copas; and his close friends, Becky Cross, Pam Johnson and David Mongold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
