He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlow McKinney and Anna Ruth McKinney; his brother Mike; and his son Joshua McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hilbert; his daughter Sarah McKinney; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Beard (Mike), David and Chris Hilbert; his nieces and nephews, James McKinney, Dennis McKinney (Denise), Kelley McKinney, Melanie Rogers (Glen) and Shannon Nelson (Andy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden, Logan Rogers, Drew Nelson, Connor McKinney, Emily McKinney, Reilly McKinney, Morgan Rogers and Emily Nelson.
