He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Andrew Arnett and Laura Carter Arnett; and his sister Barbara Arnett. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Ann Stephens Arnett; his children, Travis Arnett (Melody) of Johnson City, TN, Rick Arnett (Brandy) and Amber Arnett of Elizabethton, TN; his grandsons, River Arnett and Dylan McKeehan; and his sister Eglenda Johnson.
