He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wolters and Kathleen Linelan Wolters; and his siblings, Butch Wolters and Jacqueline Carruth. He is survived by: his wife Donna Wolters; his daughters, Toni Wolters (Ralph Reed) of Elyria, OH, Mandy Dickerson (James) of Elyria, OH and Danielle Wolters of Cleveland, OH; his stepdaughters, Christina Williams (Shawn) of Roanoke, VA and Rose Marie Smith of Panama City, FL; his niece Alecia Carruth; and his pet Minnie. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

In-lieu-of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with his final expenses.
