He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Lewis and Mildred Lewis (Cable); his wife Janell Elizabeth Grimes; his sister Barbara Kincheloe (Marion); his son-in-law Ty H. Osman; and his grandson Ty H. Osman, II.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Schreiner (Dale), Nancy Osman and Susan Lewis; his grandchildren, Adair McNeil (Brennan), Breanne Hoyt (Matthew), Kendall Osman and Lindsey McDowell; his great grandchildren, Callahan Ty, Quinn Brennan McNeil, Shayla, Lydia and Rory; and his brother-in-law Emory H. Grimes Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Morris-Baker Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Monte Vista Memorial Park (1900 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601).
