Frances Thagard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 82, Frances Thagard of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Swilling and Frank Swilling. She is survived by: her husband James Albert Thagard; her daughter Carol Thagard Broyles (Alan); her sister Linda Swilling Regan; her cousins, David and Diane Morris; her close friends, Glenn, Kathy James and Michelle "Rocket" Slade; and her daughter Patricia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Morris Baker Funeral Home (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Washington County Johnson City Animal Shelter.
