He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Foister and Edith Foister. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Foister; his sons, John Foister (Lindy), Andy Foister (Jennifer) and Phillp Pierce (Ashley); his grandchildren, Mason, Brandy, Katelyn, Brenley, Aubrey, Cameron and Sidney; and his siblings, Diane Bacon (Larry), Bobby Foister and Perry Foister.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Morris-Baker Funeral Home (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601).
