She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Lee Hill; her parents, Ethel Teffeteller and Lamar Teffeteller; her brothers, Ralph Teffeteller (Polly) and Dr. Gordon Teffeteller (Elaine); and her niece Cindy Teffeteller Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Lee Hill II (Janeil) and Anne Hill Trask (Bruce) of Johnson City, TN; her grandchildren, Dr. Nicholas Sherwood (Washington, DC) and Maggie Sherwood of Nashville, TN; her stepgranddaughter Chestney Trask of Kingsport, TN; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Shannon Newcomb of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family, as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church, Friends of the Sullivan County Library, or Alzheimer's Tennessee.
