She is survived by: her children, Helen E. Munari (Robert Munari) of Evans, GA and John W. Melendez (Holly Melendez) of Johnson City, TN; her grandchildren, Faith, John Gregory, Destiny, Willie, Eloy, Joshua, Caleb, Mae and Lily; and her husband Eloy José Melendez.
