She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Illman and Gladys Illman (Bolton). She is survived by: her husband James R. Wise; her children, Joseph Wise (Karen) of Johnson City, TN, Geoffrey Wise (Krystina) of Lee's Summit, MO and Elizabeth Gilliam (Lee) of Rolesville, NC; her grandchildren, Thomas, David, Katie Wise (TN), James, William Wise (MO), Emily and John Gilliam (NC); her brother Dwain Illman (Marilyn) of Bloomington, IN; and also Judith Reinke (Robert) of Medina, OH. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Grandview Christian Church (300 University Pkwy, Johnson City, TN 37604). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grandview Christian Church or Family Promise of Greater Johnson City.
