He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Lena Mae Miller of Johnson City; his wife Helen Sue Ervin Miller; and his sisters, Manola Loudy (Ralph) and Shelia Poole (Larry).
He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Rose and Judy Ledford (David); his siblings-in-law, Kenny Ervin (Sandra) and Jean Davis; his niece Renae Riddle; his nephews, Nick Rose and Jonathan Loudy of Indiana; his great-nephew Roger Riddle; and also, Roger Gavin Riddle, Deven, Dillen Loudy of Indiana and Enzleigh Loudy of Indiana.
