He was predeceased by: his father David O. Warren Sr.; his stepfather Fred Higgins Sr.; and his grandparents, Robert, Ethel Cook Elrod, William and Wilhelmina Warren.
He is survived by: his mother Kimberly Elrod Higgins of Jonesborough; his siblings, Ashley Ashley (Jason) of Jonesborough, Walter Higgins (Nikki Cameron) of Morristown and Allen "Scotty" Warren (Cassie) of Elizabethton; and his nieces and nephews, Asher Higgins, Jonathon Cameron, Randy Smith and Arabella Ashley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
