With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dan Blake of Johnson City, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Danny Lee Blake; his grandparents, Nancy and Joseph O'Hearn; his great-grandparents, Edith and Austin Copple; and his grandparents, Jean and Harold Blake.
He is survived by: his mother Sabrina Chambers of Cocoa; his wife Madison Blake; his children, Ciarah Blake of Maine, Jeffery Mooney, III, Navy, Allison Blake, Tesla Blake and Joseph Blake; his foster son Selvin Chocooj-Tzib; and his sister Cameron Priske of Cape Canaveral, FL. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Rivers Edge Fellowship Church in care of the "Illuminate Ministry".
