He is survived by: his children, Barbara Taylor (Terry), Wayne Winters, Terry Winters (Delores Trent) and Pam Weaver (Tommy); his grandchildren, Devon Winters (Jessica), April Winters, Sheyenne Fields (Brent) and Kendra Keylon; his great great grandchild Rosa Paredes; his brother Howard Winters; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Langeroudi, Cindi Taylor and Charles Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
