With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bobbie McKinney of Johnson City, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin McKinney; and her brothers, Lee Gouge and Marvin Gouge. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Garland (Richard); her grandson Matthew Garland; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Will; and her sisters, Helen Broyles and Betty Von Cannon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
