She is survived by: her husband Clina Jack Rowe; her children, Jackie L. Tipton of Johnson City, Penny L. Miles (Cleo) of Florida, Dennis J. Rowe (Debbie) of Johnson City, Wanda M. Willens (Bill) of Johnson City and Angie G. Gunn of Johnson City; her sisters, Linda Harrell (Danny) of Johnson City and Nila Mathes (Norman) of Johnson City; and her stepsiblings, Gene Barnett of Piney Flats and Lisa Mitchell (Chalk) of Piney Flats. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.
