It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Gerald Rice in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Dean Rice; and his sister Stacie Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Kyker Bibbee of Telford; his children, Gene Rice and Mercedes Rice Kruse; his stepfather John Bibbee; his grandmother Sally Kyker; his nephew Christian Johnson; and his friend Anthony. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
