It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Malone of Joelton, Tennessee, born in Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Raleigh Galloway; and her brother McIver Odom. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Tom Malone; her daughters, Carol Malone-Cooper (Rick), Marianne Malone, Kristi Malone Bell (Jason), Aimee Malone Scott (Len) and Tommi Jo Malone Ryan (Brad); her brother Gene Odom (Dorothy); her sister-in-law Jessie Mae Odom; and her grandchildren, Kaitlen Scott, Benjamin Scott (Morgan), Claire Ryan, Michal Bell, Malone Waddell, Claiborne Scott, Kendal Ryan Truett (Jonathan), Riley Bell Galbreath (Garrett), Mack Waddell, Manning Waddell, Olivia Ryan, Jack Ryan and Griffin Bell.
