He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Thornton (Joe); his grandchildren, Emma, Brycen and Gunner; his father Lenard Hicks; his sister Tammy Childress (Greg); his uncle Jerry Butterworth; his niece Summer Adams; and also Linda Campbell.
