He is survived by: his children, George and Frances Harris Neal; his grandchildren, Joshua Harris, Priscilla Harris (Scott), Brianna McCoy (Jacob) and Andrew Harris; his sisters-in-law, Bessie Sircy (Glen) and Elaine Goodman; and his aunt Betty Darnell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
