He was predeceased by: his parents, James Perry and Louise Perry; his wife Lois Perry; his daughters, Teresa Perry and Pamela Newman; and his siblings, James E. Perry, Elmer F. Perry and Billie Jean Felts.

He is survived by: his children, Wanda Branch (Chris) and Troy Perry; his grandchildren, Shauna Goodman (David), T. J. Perry, James Branch (Laura), Michael Perry (Carolyn) and Liberty Tomlinson (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Hailee Goodman, Jedidiah Tomlinson and Ledger Tomlinson; and his sisters, Lou Ann Raymer and Betty Sue Cook.
